Frequently Asked Questions

How much will the units cost?  The single queen rooms are $145,000, the double queen rooms are $165,000 and Kitchenette Suites are $195,500.

How do I reserve a room? Simply choose your room(s), sign a reservation agreement and make your refundable deposit check out to First American Title for $1,000.00.

Do I have to leave my unit in the rental pool? Yes, by buying a unit you agree to honor all current and future reservations made prior to any reservation you make for your own use.

How many days can I use my unit?  60 days per year with a limitation of 15 days during the peak motel season from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Who will pay the daily operating expenses of the motel such as lights, water and garbage?  All the daily expenses will be paid by the motel management company.

Who takes care of repairs?  All normal repairs will still be taken care of by the front office and staff.

Who gets the rental income and how is it divided? The net rental income after all daily expenses are paid will be pooled together and divided among the unit owners.

Who will be in charge of the condominium association? You will be, each unit owner is a member of the association and will have one vote per unit owned.
